Centre Hastings Park is now smoke-free. The Park Committee bans smoking within the Park in order to protect non-smokers from environmental tobacco smoke. Passive smoking can lead to serious illnesses in adults such as bronchitis, lung cancer, and cardiovascular disease. Children can also develop chest illnesses and asthma from exposure to tobacco smoke. The move to go tobacco-free, including no smoking, snuffing, dipping, or chewing tobacco, upholds the Park Committee's mission to create a healthy family and community friendly environment.

This park is open from 7:30 AM until 9:30 PM or until dark. During the summer the park is open on Friday and Saturday night until 10:30 pm.
Only SKATEBOARDS, IN-LINE SKATES, and BMXs with maximum 20” wheels are permitted. Mountain bikes and scooters are prohibited.
BMXs must have pegs completely covered.
SMOKING, EATING, and DRINKING are not permitted on the skatepark. GLASS CONTAINERS are prohibited.
CSA approved helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards are strongly recommended.
No items such as benches, garbage cans, or tables may be used as ramps or jumps.
Spectators must watch from outside the skatepark.
This park is a drug and alcohol free zone.
Motorized vehicles are permitted only in the designated parking areas.
Use park at your own risk.
$1.00 per person Hours of Operation - 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Weather Permitting)
Children ages 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not drink the water.
No running, rough play, nor climbing on components.
No glass allowed inside the fenced area of the splash pad.
No food or beverages allowed on splash pad.
No Smoking in the fenced area of the splash pad.
No animals permitted inside the fenced splash pad area.
No equipment of any kind permitted. (Accessibility devices exempt)
Infants must wear swim diapers or rubber pants without diapers.
Persons with open sores or skin infections not permitted.
Vacate the splash pad area during a thunderstorm.
Use splash pad at your own risk.
